General Policy on Personalised Items for Sale

The visual appearance of each Guest Book is very similar, but not identical, to that depicted on the relevant website photographs: Each guest book item is uniquely created by art, craft and image techniques.


Please note that the distance selling regulations do not apply to personalised guest books.

The price paid, including the original cost of postage and packing, for a guest book which the customer returns in good condition and received by Guestbooks Galore within 30 days of original despatch will be refunded in full if notice of intention to return the goods is given by email to guestbookgb@googlemail.com within 3 working days of delivery.

Guestbooks Galore will not refund return postage, nor will it accept returns arriving more than 30 days after original despatch.


Customers may cancel their orders by text, email or telephone at any time before despatch and receive a full refund.


Goods are sent by Royal Mail first class post to addresses in the UK within 3 working days of receipt of payment, or receipt of the inscription and all other personalisation details, whichever occurs last.

Guestbooks Galore does not deliver outside the UK.

There is an option for next weekday delivery in the UK except when it falls on a working day; which excludes a Saturday, a Sunday or a Bank Holiday.

Guestbooks Galore does not accept liability for the delay, damage or loss of items passed to Royal Mail for delivery but shall do what it can to assist a customer in obtaining compensation from Royal Mail if such an event occurs.

Every customer whose email address is disclosed accurately to Guestbooks Galore will be notified by email when the item has been sent.
